Dr. Robert S. Chancellor -- Revoked for rendering professional services to a patient while under the influence of alcohol or another controlled substance, or was "in an impaired mental or physical condition."
Dr. Allen I. Franco -- Revoked for writing a prescription for controlled substances without an appropriate examination that confirms the medical necessity for the controlled substance; engaging in conduct which is intended to deceive; habitual intoxication; and acquiring controlled substances by fraud.
Dr. Nir Y. Lorant -- Revoked for obtaining a license to practice by fraud.
Dr. George Chung -- Revoked for a felony conviction.
Dr. William O. Murray -- Revoked for helping an unlicensed person practice medicine, failure to disclose to a patient financial or other conflicts of interests.
Dr. William Harrison -- Revoked for criminal conviction in another state.
Dr. Francois Savery -- Surrendered license in lieu of undergoing investigation.
Dr. Leonard Gibson -- Surrendered license in lieu of undergoing investigation.
Dr. Glen D. Lybbert -- Revoked for trying to renew license by fraud, but revocation was stayed, putting him on probation for three years.
