Rock music personality Calamity Jayne, also known as Cameron Jayne, sued two men who were renting her house, alleging they breached an 11-month lease agreement when they defaulted on rents and stole furnishings from her property.
In a Clark County District Court suit, Jayne sued Peter Cross and Randall Kohl, owners of Club Frixion, alleging they failed to pay monthly rents of $1,800 since December 1999 for her house at 7223 Linden Ave.
Jayne alleged they also stole furnishings including six custom pottery vases, dried plant arrangements and garage door openers.
"They had rented my villa at Sunrise Mountains for themselves and their personal guests," Jayne said.
Jayne said the men operate Club Frixion in the Fremont Street building that once housed her club, Calamity Jayne's.
The defendants could not be reached for comment on the allegations.
