Arson suspect’s confession doesn’t solve all

John Leganshuk surrendered Saturday at a Lyon County substation and was transferred to Reno on Monday.
He is being held on a first-degree arson charge in a June 6 fire outside a recycling warehouse and a garbage bin fire about a week later.
Fire Marshal Larry Farr said the man knew details of those two fires, but has said nothing to link him to the spate of construction site fires between the end of March and late May.
Farr said Leganshuk was released earlier this year from jail in Oregon, where he served time for arson.
