Bryan Young Ku Kim, 37, owner of Skyline Market, was booked into the Washoe County Jail after allegedly selling the whiskey to a 17-year-old boy Friday.
Officers said they conducted a surveillance of the store after getting numerous complaints from parents about alcohol sales to minors. A citation was issued last year.
The surveillance was part of a crackdown by Reno-area law enforcement authorities on such sales.
