Commercial lender Del Mar Mortgage Inc. of Las Vegas is expanding its operations into Arizona.
The company received an Arizona mortgage license, but for now plans to process Arizona-based loans through its Las Vegas office.
Del Mar President Steve Byrne said the company's Arizona focus will mirror its Nevada activities, focusing on land acquisition and real estate development loans.
Del Mar is owned by Las Vegas-based Sunderland Corp.
