StumbleBowling tournament draws fewer participants
Friday, Jan. 28, 2000 | 10 a.m.
Registration closed two weeks ago. Officials said about 71,775 competitors have signed up. That's about 12,000 fewer than attended the last tournament in 1997 and 28,000 short of organizers' goal of 100,000.
The tournament at the National Bowling Stadium runs March 11 through July 8.
