Letter: Dickel finally getting his due

I thoroughly enjoyed Steve Addy's article "Point of Honor" about Rebel point guard Mark Dickel in Thursday's Sun.

Mark has been through it all in his UNLV career and it makes me proud to see that his hard work, tenacity and perseverance are being rewarded with him having his best season and being recognized as one of the finest collegiate point guards in the nation.

When future members of the UNLV basketball team want to know what people mean when they hear the phrase "Heart of a Rebel," they will need to look no further than Mark Dickel.
