LV prices rise again

The cost of living in Las Vegas rose 0.2 percent in December, the sixth consecutive monthly increase, First Security Bank reported.
The bank, which tracks local prices, said they fell for transportation and groceries.
But gains were reported for clothing, education, communication, housing and health care. Utilities, eating out and recreation costs were stable.
