Letter: Keep Playboy where youngsters can’t reach it

I totally agree that the libraries should be "sanctuaries" for First Amendment rights. The answer is obviously not raising the age at which a person can obtain a card ... kids aren't checking these mags out, they're drooling on them while they visit the libraries.
The answer is an obvious "no-brainer." Why can't these and other "adult rags" be kept with the piles of old newspapers and provided when requested by library patrons of legal age?
If that's too much trouble, how about keeping them on the top shelves where the munchkins can't reach them.
Duh!
