Business park under construction

Construction is under way on Phase One of the $30 million Northport Business Center, a master-planned business park in North Las Vegas. The project's developer is Dallas, Texas-based Jackson-Shaw Co.

The 24-acre project is located at the southwest corner of Cheyenne Boulevard and Allen Road adjacent to the North Las Vegas Airport. At build-out, the project will consist of 10 multi-tenant office, showroom, warehouse and retail buildings totaling 350,000 square feet.

Set for completion in June, Phase One will consist of six buildings totaling 126,052 square feet. Phase Two breaks ground in November and will offer four buildings with a total of 51,362 square feet of space.

The entire project is scheduled for completion in December 2000.
