The $2.5 million reconstruction of the Summit Deck and Grille was finished less than a year after the Feb. 26 fire swept through the building.
"Thanks and gratitude go to all who looked destruction in the face and moved forward without missing a beat," said Tim Silva, Northstar general manager.
An electrical malfunction was blamed for the fire that destroyed the 10,000-square-foot restaurant and caused more than $1.5 million in damage.
The new restaurant is similar to the previous structure with one exception: indoor seating to accommodate more than 100 people.
