RMA-NRC operates 24 branches in the U.S. and Europe, including a Las Vegas call center at 880 Grier Dr. near the Las Vegas Beltway. The center currently employs about 400 people -- though that number may soon grow.
RMA President and Chief Executive Dennis Cunningham said "the Las Vegas workforce presents us with opportunities to possibly expand (the NRC) call center next year."
