How wonderful. Whatever happened to keeping guns out of the hands of the wrong mentality? This man should not be in the job he is in if his judgment can go that much awry.
This lady has lost her dog -- no small thing -- but what is the lesson learned? It's OK to shoot if it's only a dog?
