A 23-year-old North Las Vegas man is being held in connection with the disappearance of a 15-year-old special education student.
Romoane Shelby was arrested Sunday after the girl was found at a North Las Vegas home.
The girl disappeared Friday afternoon. She was last seen getting into a car near Clark High School.
The girl was found after police traced a phone call she made.
