Letter: Force to be reckoned with

I can't believe that in giving out the ESPY awards, drag racer John Force was not even mentioned while Tony Hawk, the skateboarder, was given an award.

Don't get me wrong, Tony Hawk deserved it. But here is a man (Force) who has won nine of the past 10 (NHRA Funny Car) championships and he gets nothing? Can you tell me why?

I hope the next time they give awards, they consider everyone and not just athletes from the sports they watch.
