Rebels softball team finishes 4-1 in tournament

The UNLV softball team closed out the 2000 Classic Tournament on Sunday with a record of 4-1. The Rebels fell to Cal-Berkeley (9-3), which went on to become the tournament champion with a 5-0 mark. UNLV defeated Cal Poly San Luis Obisbo, Oregon State, Central Michigan and Nebraska. The Rebels are now 9-4 on the season and next play Tulsa Thursday at the Rebel Diamond 1 p.m.
