Alfred F. Adams
Alfred F. Adams, 56, of Spring Creek died Saturday in Spring Creek. He was born April 5, 1943, in Arkansas. A resident of Nevada for 52 years, he was a retired North Las Vegas Police Department officer with 28 1/2 years of service.
He is survived by his wife, Rosalind; two sons, Alan Adams of Spring Creek and Mathew Adams of Las Vegas; his mother, Bessie Adams of Las Vegas; two brothers, Frank Adams of Carson City and Fred Adams of Las Vegas; and one grandson, Zamiel Adams of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 5-8 p.m. today in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in Bunkers Chapel.
Gary Lee Amos
Gary Lee Amos, 46, of Jackson Hole, Wyo., died Wednesday in Jackson Hole. He was born June 1, 1953, in Munich, Germany. A former longtime Las Vegas resident, he was a freight truck driver and an Army veteran.
He is survived by one daughter, Tera, and one son, Adam, both of Healdton, Okla; his mother and stepfather, Ginny Amos-Zamiska and Chuck Zamiska, and two sisters, Robin Ferrendelli-Matyas and Sandra Buzbee, all of Las Vegas.
Visitation was scheduled 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. today in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in St. Joseph, Husband of Mary Catholic Church, 7260 W. Sahara Ave. A private burial will follow in Memory Gardens.
Thomas Brennan
Thomas Brennan, 78, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born April 11, 1921, in Munhall, Pa. A resident for five years, he was a retired mechanical engineer for Lockheed Missiles and Space where he was employed for 27 years, a World War II Navy veteran and a member of the Elks.
He is survived by his wife, Corrine; one daughter, Nora Tryon of Benicia, Calif.; one son, Dean Brennan of San Jose, Calif.; one sister, June Paddick of Torrance, Calif.; one brother, John Robert Brennan of Bullhead City, Ariz.; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. services Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
Anthony L. Dembinski
Anthony L. Dembinski, 75, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 14, 1925, in Cleveland. A resident for 17 years, he was a retired truck driver and a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Dolores.
Visitation is scheduled 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. services Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Burial will be in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
Anne K. Gamaleri
Anne K. Gamaleri, 88, of Las Vegas, died Thursday in a St. George, Utah, care center. She was born Nov. 10, 1911, in Cleveland. A resident for 40 years, she was a homemaker and worked for the Culinary Union.
She is survived by one son, Tom Gamaleri of Logandale; two sisters, Emma Cook of Las Vegas and Mary Vucksonovic of Indiana; one brother, Joe Skertic of Indiana; and two grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 10 a.m. services Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Graveside services will follow at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Raymond S. Herbert
Raymond S. Herbert, 87, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local care center. He was born Feb. 6, 1913, in Magna, Utah. A resident for 49 years, he was a retired locksmith company owner, a former junior high school math and science teacher and a member of Associated Locksmiths of America.
He is survived by his wife, Afton Thompson Herbert; four daughters, Martha Herbert Hartman of Las Vegas, Arden Ishimoto of Overton, Rita Senn of Elko and Karen Nicks of St. George, Utah; five sons, John Brooks Herbert, Earl Cox, Lindsey Cox, Vardey Cox and Troy Cox, all of Las Vegas; 25 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 6-8 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Additional visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 10 a.m. services Wednesday in the LDS Eighth and Franklin chapel. Graveside services will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Linda M. Holder
Linda M. Holder, 58, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born Dec. 21, 1941, in Elmira, N.Y. A resident for 11 years, she was a retired certified nurse's assistant.
She is survived by her husband, George; two sons, Anthony Bellave of Rochester, N.Y., and John Bellave of Las Vegas; one daughter, Ann Bellave of Burlington, Vt.; and eight grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
David E. Hopkins
David E. Hopkins, 54, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 21, 1946, in Birmingham, Ala. A resident for 19 years, he was a casino security guard.
He is survived by one son, David Troy Hopkins of Las Vegas; three sisters, Betty Strassner of Wildomar, Calif., Pearl Finley of Troy, Ala., and Annette Patterson of Gardendale, Ala.; five brothers, Nolan Hopkins of Warrior, Ala., Howard Hopkins of Chetama, Mexico, Glenn Hopkins of Locust Fork, Ala., Larry Hopkins of Hayden, Ala., and Philip Hopkins of Taladega, Ala.; and one grandchild.
Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
Samuel A. Larios
Samuel A. Larios, 17, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born April 15, 1982, in Mexico. A resident for 11 years, he was a high school student.
He is survived by his parents, Teresa De Jesus and Filemon Larios, and two sisters, Citlaly Larios and Adriana Larios, all of Las Vegas; and his grandparents, Eleuterio Elias, Refugio Ramirez, Eusebio Larios and Mercedes Escalante, all of Mexico.
Services were scheduled at noon today in the LDS chapel, 4500 W. Bonanza Road, followed by burial in Eden Vale Memorial Park. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, handled arrangements.
Johnson William 'Bud' Lloyd
Johnson William "Bud" Lloyd, 84, of Eureka died Tuesday in Washoe Medical Center. He was born in 1915 in Pioche. He was elected as a Lincoln County clerk, then deputy district attorney in Lincoln and Lyon counties, served two terms as district attorney in Esmeralda County, appointed twice and elected to five terms as district attorney in Eureka County and most recently was the deputy district attorney in Eureka County. He was a World War II Army veteran, worked in the mines in his youth and won the state's Golden Gloves boxing championship in 1933.
He is survived by his fiancee, Eunice Machacek of Eureka; two daughters, Betty Lloyd Herold of Oxnard, Calif, and Alexis Hansen of Sparks; one son, John Lloyd of Lake Forest, Calif.; one stepson, Jack Moyle of Ely; one stepdaughter, Sherry Merling of Fallon; one sister, Sue Hutchings of Pioche; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
No local services are scheduled. Condolences may be sent to the Lloyd family, P.O. Box 304, Eureka, NV 89316.

Lottie A. Petrie
Lottie A. Petrie, 69, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born Dec. 11, 1930, in Wellington, N.J. A resident for six years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, William; two sons, Ren Petrie of North Haledon, N.J., and Al Petrie of Las Vegas; one brother, Ben Wicherski of Toms River, N.J.; and two grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Palm Chapel, Jones. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
Annie Wallace Stubbs
Annie Wallace Stubbs, 98, of Boulder, Colo., died Feb. 1 in Boulder. She was born Oct. 23, 1901, in Paisley, Scotland. A former Las Vegas resident for 15 years until 1992, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, Wallace B. Stubbs of Boulder; one daughter, Jeann Christian of Las Vegas; five grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
