Road rage shooter sought by police

Earlier Saturday, a Sparks man was arrested on charges he pointed a handgun at a motorist in another apparent fit of road rage here.
No injuries were reported in either incident.
Police said the man got a gun under his car seat and shot the other car's rear window near the intersection of Prater Way and Rock Boulevard.
The 12:15 p.m. incident occurred after the man and three girls in the other car exchanged hand gestures.
In the other incident, Richard Emil Byrd, 22, was booked on a charge of brandishing a firearm after allegedly pointing the gun at the other driver.
The 10:55 a.m. incident occurred near the intersection of McCarran Boulevard and Fourth Street.
Meanwhile, a California woman remains hospitalized after being shot in the face by an angry driver Monday on Interstate 80 in the Reno area.
