15-year-old to be moved to juvenile facility

A 15-year-old boy who faces murder charges in the death of his father will be transferred from the Clark County Detention Center to a juvenile facility.
District Judge Mark Gibbons has ruled that Conan Pope be moved to the juvenile facility, along with a warning that he expected no trouble from the teen-ager or he would be returned to the jail.
Pope has been held in isolation at the detention center since he was indicted last month.
Defense attorneys have argued that Pope would be psychologically damaged if he remained at the county jail.
