1st Race -- Nurdlinger - Garcia aboard Sadler trainee, needs honest pace to run at, a late factor in this. Naughty Nacho - Hustling Espinoza scales Baffert horse, draws outside post, should be a foward factor here. Value Play -- Cee The Field

2nd Race -- Brimfield Bound - Desormeaux/Hess team, draws inner post, could get the trip here. Venus Genus - Should attend the pace in this, draws good outside box to size up speed, Solis aboard Hendricks charge. Value Play -- Teddy Boy

3rd Race -- Commendable - Highly touted Lukas horse returns to races, Day atop for the team, Derby dreams in the balance. Star Maker - Gomez on West trainee, draws good post, should be in good spot of top one falters. Value Play -- Wooden Phone

4th Race -- Call Me Again - Nakatani gets the call on Thoroughbred Corp.'s runner, draws good post for the mile run, should get good trip. Light Of The Woods - Trainer Mandella tabs Day to ride, should be in good stalking position here, late impact expected. Value Play -- Jimmy Z

5th Race -- Wrekin Pilot - British-bred runner has downhill experience, Desormeaux aboard Cassidy trainee, good spot for action. Fearless Pirate - Veteran runner likes downhill run, Gomez again on West horse, always gives his all and all may be good enough here. Value Play -- I Wonder Why

6th Race -- Surfside - Lukas filly has turned into a monster, Day flies out to ride again, may punch ticket for first Saturday-in-May feature at Churchill Downs. Spain - Promising filly keeps running into buzz saws, has late kick that depends on pace scenario, tab for future if not today. Value Play -- Burning Hope

7th Race -- Kilauea - Solis on Pinfield horse, adds blinkers to the package for this trip, stalking position provides tactical edge down the hill. Jab - Nakatani up for trainer Mandella, draws inside post though, needs a trip to win from there. Value Play -- Sure Man

8th Race -- Roncesvalles - Training at Hollypark, add blinkers now, Gomez aboard Dollace trainee, a factor here. Valley Don - Didn't fire in last, should be forward factor again, Nakatani to help Mitchell charge, bounce back possibility. Value Play -- I'monfireforyou

9th Race -- Diamoona - Training at Hollypark, draws good post, Blanc on Frankel trainee, adds blinkers ... hmmmm. Napoleana - McCarron aboard Gallagher horse, must overcome outside post, but jockey is one of the best grass riders in the business. Value Play -- Serena
