Deadbeat parents are topic of workshop
The Association for Children for Enforcement of Support, a nationwide nonprofit group with offices in Nevada, is holding a workshop for parents having trouble collecting child support at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Clark County Community Lutheran Church, 3720 E. Tropicana Ave. Registration and seminars are free. Call Vicky Snyder at (888) 310-2237.
Youth artists honored
Henderson's Estes McDoniel Elementary School recently honored winners of the Reflections 2000 -- a National Parent Teachers Association arts competition.
