Baby-sitting service sued by parents

A Las Vegas couple sued a baby-sitting agency and one of its employees, Janice Gaines, alleging she assaulted and battered their children when they were under her care.
In a Clark County District Court suit, Chariti Gray and Michael Holloway sued Dorothy Brooks doing business as Grandma Dotti's Babysitting Agency, alleging they failed to provide safe baby-sitting services for their children.
Brooks could not be reached for comment.
