UNLV hosts men’s tennis tournament

The UNLV Men's Tennis Invitational kicks off Friday with eight teams competing at the Fertitta Tennis Complex, including two squads currently ranked by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association. Teams from No. 66 Texas-Arlington, Weber State, Northern Arizona, Nevada-Reno, Cal Poly, Idaho State and Utah State will take on the No. 59 Rebels in a bracket format culminating in Sunday's championship at noon. First-through-eighth place will be determined from playing four matches a day, two running concurrently at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and at 9 a.m. and noon on Sunday. Admission is free.
