Health care company losing CEO

SANTA ANA, Calif. -- PacifiCare Health Systems Inc., a big managed health care operator in Nevada, said Chief Executive Alan Hoops plans to retire by March 31.
The Wall Street Journal reported the move is the latest sign of management and operational problems at the nation's largest Medicare managed care company.
