Mixing of city and county courthouses will be studied

The report to be completed by March 21 will help officials decide whether the city and county will pursue a joint complex or plan for their own court needs separately.
Officials say a combined complex would reduce the cost of transporting prisoners and allow for better security and record maintenance.
