A former FBI agent says he's dropping out of the race against Clark County Commissioner Lance Malone.
George Togliatti, an executive at Harrah's Entertainment, said he had raised less than $60,000 compared to a Malone warchest of $415,000.
Togliatti said he discussed the race over the weekend with family and friends, and decided to withdraw as a candidate.
Several other possible opponents are surfacing for Malone.
They include Clark County School District trustee Lois Tarkanian, Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Chairman Robert Forbuss and civil rights activist Dr. James Tate.
