Two former employees of the Henderson Detention Center have reached a $75,000 settlement in a federal lawsuit.
Jack Goslin and Mary Guirsch accused jail and police officials of conspiring to cover up the excessive use of force on inmates at the facility.
The two filed their complaint in June against the city, the police department and various jail and police officials.
The lawsuit claimed jail policy created an environment where prisoners were unnecessarily assaulted, battered, beaten, humiliated and deprived of their civil and constitutional rights.
