The new contract is estimated at $32.7 million and will be submitted to the Executive Council on Wednesday. An earlier version, estimated at about $36 million was rejected by the council.
The company that holds the current contract, G-Tech, is not happy with the situation because it had submitted a low bid of $32 million.
Asked whether it would seek legal action, spokesman Stephen White said the company will examine its options.
