Albert Ballin
Albert Ballin, 64, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born May 27, 1935, in Brooklyn, N.Y. A resident for seven years, he was a retired airline mechanic and an Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Sondra P.; two sons, Scott A. Ballin of Commack, N.Y., and Jeffrey H. Ballin of Las Vegas; one daughter, Ellen J. LaGrange of Melville, N.Y.; and three grandchildren.
No local services are scheduled. All services will be in New York. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.
Robert J. Boff
Robert J. Boff, 77, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Spartanburg, S.C. He was born March 28, 1922, in Pittsburgh. A resident for 26 years, he was a retired postage meter salesman, a Korean War Army major and a member of several Las Vegas senior citizen bridge clubs.
He is survived by two daughters, Penny Lumb of Las Vegas and Judi Englund of Mission Viejo, Calif.; one son, Robert Boff II of Colorado Springs, Colo.; one sister, Joyce Ramella of Pittsburgh; one brother, A. Regis Boff of New York state; and seven grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 11 a.m. services Monday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
The family suggests donations to First Baptist Church of Las Vegas, Lottie Moon Missionary Fund.
Marie Carrichia
Marie Carrichia, 85, of Boulder City died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born April 12, 1914, in New York. A resident for many years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one son, Peter Mazzola of Boulder City.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in New York. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Thelma Caviness
Thelma Caviness, 69, of Henderson died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born July 6, 1930, in Pottsville, Ark. A resident for 13 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Lloyd; one daughter, Ava Louise Stevens of Jonesboro, Ark.; three sons, Larry Michael Caviness of Henderson and Jimmy Carol Caviness and Richard William Caviness, both of Hawthorne, Calif.; three sisters, Dean Russo of Jacksonville, Ark., Joann Lovelady of Dumas, Ark., and Dorothy Holmes of Bec Branch, Ark.; three brothers, Johnny Patterson, Gerald Patterson and Herman Patterson, all of Jacksonville; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Jessica Claxton
Jessica Claxton, 50, of Las Vegas died Jan. 5 in Las Vegas. A resident for 20 years, she was born June 29, 1949.

William G. Crawford
William G. Crawford, 73, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 12, 1926, in Los Angeles. A resident for 37 years, he was a Coca-Cola bottler and a Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Joan L.; one son, Scott J. Donahue, and one daughter, Gail C. Thomas, both of Florida; three brothers, Roland, Jack and Bob, all of California; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Burial will be in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Valley Memorial Crematory, 745 W. Sunset Road, No. 16, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Roscoe A. Denson Sr.
Roscoe A. Denson Sr., 48, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 21, 1952, in Las Vegas. A lifelong resident, he was a maintenance worker who worked at the Sands hotel-casino and the Nevada Test Site, attended West Side Elementary, J.D. Smith Junior High and Valley High School.
He is survived by his wife, Shana; three sons, Roscoe Denson Jr., Aarron Denson and Rodrick Williams, two daughters, Pam and Aveon Gray, and one brother, Luc Ben Denson Jr., all of Las Vegas; and six sisters, Lucy Neal, Johnnie E. Gray, Dorothy Denson and Rochelle Whitley, all of Las Vegas, Debra Roach of North Las Vegas and Fannie Thomas of Henderson.
Visitation will continue until 7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in the Pentecostal Temple Church of God in Christ, 1117 N. F St., Las Vegas. Burial will follow in Eden Vale Memorial Park.
David B. Downs
David B. Downs, 61, of Henderson died Tuesday in Henderson. He was born July 3, 1938, in Long Beach, Calif. A resident for 13 years, he was a vice president in the commercial loan department of a bank, a Korean War Army veteran and a member of the Elks.
He is survived by one son, Denzil Downs of Indianapolis; two daughters, Raylene Murray of Henderson and Debra Benson of Reno; his mother, Eunice Downs, and one sister, Joanne Barber, both of Tonopah; and nine grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 10 a.m. until noon services Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
The family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society, 1325 E. Harmon Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
Peter J. Eaton
Peter J. Eaton, 78, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. He was born March 27, 1921, in Albany, N.Y. A resident for 33 years, he was a retired dealer and a World War II and Korean War Army officer.
He is survived by his wife, Frances; one son, Peter Eaton of Las Vegas; two daughters, Nancy Eaton of Las Vegas and Mary Dunham of Troutdale, Ore.; one brother, Edward Eaton III of W. Hartford, Conn.; three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 5-7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Saturday in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
Kathleen Joan Eiten
Kathleen Joan Eiten, 54, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born June 1, 1945, in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. A resident for 18 months, she was a federal government payroll clerk and an Army veteran.
She is survived by her husband, Kenny; one son, Bryan K. Armstrong of El Paso, Texas; one daughter, Tricia L. Armstrong of San Antonio; three brothers, Michael Marinucci of Poughkeepsie and Anthony Marinucci and Thomas Marinucci, both of Ocala, Fla.; and one grandchild.
Services were scheduled at 11:30 a.m. today in St. Timothy's Episcopal Church, Henderson, followed by burial in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Flora B. Marshall, 85, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Henderson. A resident for seven years, she was born Sept. 8, 1914, in San Francisco.
She is survived by one niece, Marilyn Johnson of Cobb, Calif.

Salvador Martinez, 64, of Las Vegas died Jan. 2 in Las Vegas. A resident for several months, he was born Sept. 16, 1935.
He is survived by one son, Vie Martinez of Wisconsin.

Elva A. McMillen
Elva A. McMillen, 62, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born June 30, 1937, in Pennsylvania.
She is survived by two daughters, Tina Marie McMillen of Las Vegas and Ruth A. Grover of Browns Mills, N.J.; one son, Robert McMillen Jr. of Browns Mills; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Brenda Lee Neilson
Brenda Lee Neilson, 46, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born April 29, 1953, in Nevada. A lifelong resident, she was a retail clerk at a fabric store.
She is survived by her parents, Donald and Maranee Neilson, one brother, Donald B. Neilson, and three nieces, Kristy, Karen and Leslie, all of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 11 a.m. services Saturday in the Relief Society Room of the LDS Lorenzi Ward. Graveside services will be noon Monday in Panaca Cemetery. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Willa Mae 'Billy' Pisciotta
Willa Mae "Billy" Pisciotta, 86, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born Dec. 14, 1913, in Flemingsburg, Ky. A resident for 38 years, she was a retired food cashier.
She is survived by her husband, Guy; one daughter, Carol Haddad of Las Vegas; one son, Samuel Welder of Houston; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling private arrangements.
Yolanda 'Babe' Radykowski
Yolanda "Babe" Radykowski, 75, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born Nov. 23, 1924, in Kenosha, Wis. A resident for 31 years, she was a retired hotel waitress.
She is survived by two daughters, Carol Parker of Las Vegas and Lori Brandon of Pahrump; three sons, Tim Lindal, Bill Lindal and Rob Smith, all of Las Vegas; three sisters, Frances Nilsen of Port Charlotte, Fla., Lue Davis of Moorpark, Calif., and Peti Adamo of Great Falls, Va.; 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled noon-7 p.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Additional visitation is scheduled 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. services Tuesday in Palm Chapel, Eastern.

Robert M. Rogers
Robert M. Rogers, 79, of Las Vegas died Jan. 26 in a local hospital. He was born Nov. 28, 1920, in New Jersey. A resident for 20 years, he was a government patent officer and an Army veteran.
He is survived by one sister, Mildred Poteet of Baltimore.

Robert Lynn Schmale
Robert Lynn Schmale, 57, of Las Vegas died Nov. 29 in Las Vegas. He was born Feb. 4, 1942, in Iowa. A resident for many years, he was an engineer.
He is survived by two brothers, Vernon Schmale and Kenneth Schmale, both of Iowa.

Dan E. Sutton, 65, of Las Vegas died Jan. 8 in Las Vegas. A resident for many years, he was born July 8, 1934.

Patricia A. Touchette
Patricia A. Touchette, 39, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born May 20, 1960, in Salt Lake City. A resident for five years, she was a homemaker and a member of Mothers of Pre-Schoolers.
She is survived by her husband, Gary P.; three daughters, Ashley Chryst, Rebecca Chryst and Michaela Touchette, and one son, Adam Chryst, all of Las Vegas; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Stillman, and three brothers, Brad Knight, Greg Knight and Jeff Knight, all of Salt Lake City; two sisters, Lisa Knight of Salt Lake City and Linda Hanks of Mesquite; and her grandmother, Marge Knight of Salt Lake City.
A memorial service was scheduled at 11 a.m. today at the LDS chapel, 2285 Tree Line St. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.
