A Washoe County District Court jury convicted Belisario Renteria-Huerta, 28, Tuesday of the felony drug trafficking charge, which carries a penalty of up to life in prison.
The case involved nearly 10 pounds of methamphetamine valued in excess of $200,000, Deputy District Attorney Kelli Anne Bell said.
It is one of the largest meth trafficking cases in Washoe County history, she said. Sentencing was scheduled for March 9.
