Lawsuits filed against two Southern Nevada builders

Two lawsuits alleging construction defects were filed this week in Clark County.
Scottsdale Points Homeowners Association sued SP Associates, Ken Templeton Realty and Investments Inc. and its directors Ken Templeton and William Quinn, alleging construction defects at its 182-condominium unit complex in Las Vegas.
The defendants could not be reached for comment.
And Spinnaker Bay Homeowners' Association and three homeowners are seeking class action status against Durable Homes Inc. doing business as Capital Pacific Homes Inc., alleging defects in their 108-unit condominium complex in Laughlin.
Capital Pacific Homes officials could not be reached for comment.
