People homeless, hardly surviving in cold weather. Think what a complete shelter this money could accomplish, plus health care for countless children without needed health insurance of any kind. How about all the old folks not able to afford to heat their homes? Need I go on, or do you see the stupid thinking of this city?
Won't we all have to answer for this waste of money, where dogs and cats get better treatment than humans?
