Because of an error by the Sun, it was incorrectly reported in the Dec. 8 Business section that subcontractors Micco LLC and Helix Electric Inc. were accused of fraud and misrepresentation in a lawsuit filed by the Regent hotel-casino. In fact, only general contractor J.A. Jones is accused of fraud and misrepresentation. The Regent is accusing Micco and Helix of breach of contract and not dealing in good faith. J.A. Jones, Micco and Helix are fighting the Regent's lawsuit and have filed counter-claims. The Sun regrets the error.
