Henderson bank robbed

Henderson Police are investigating the Tuesday afternoon robbery of a California Federal Bank, 2891 N. Green Valley Parkway.
The robbery happened just before 1 p.m. when a man handed a teller a note demanding money.
The suspect was given an undisclosed amount of money before he left the bank. He may have made his getaway in an older model sport utility vehicle, police said.
The suspect is described as white, between 5 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall, and between 40 and 50 years old. He is further described has having brown hair, and was wearing black jeans and a white baseball cap.
