Heftel Media sued by former executive

Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2000 | 10:59 a.m.

A former executive of Heftel Media LLC sued the company, H&H of Nevada LLC and their owner, Richard Heftel, alleging they failed to pay him three months' salary and reimburse his out-of-pocket and rental expenses after he resigned.

In a Clark County District Court lawsuit, Dave Plunkett, a former vice president of Heftel Media, an advertising firm, alleged he received a $25,000 check after he resigned on April 14, but has yet to receive an outstanding $22,917 in salary, health insurance benefits and other reimbursements.

The defendants could not be reached for comment.
