Delores Alton
Delores Alton, 73, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. She was born Nov. 14, 1927, in New York state. A resident for 50 years, she was a retired waitress.
She is survived by three daughters, Nancy Barrigan and Candy Lacomb, both of Las Vegas, and Penny Alton of San Francisco; one son, Michael Alton of Las Vegas; one sister, Dotty of Phoenix; eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service is scheduled 11 a.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Burial will be in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
The family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society, 1325 E. Harmon Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
Louis Baccus
Louis Baccus, 73, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local health care center. He was born June 9, 1927, in North Little Rock, Ark. A resident for nine years, he was a federal government satellite ranger and a retired World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War Navy and Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Stella; two stepsons, Victor Corsey of Los Angeles and Max Dickson of San Jose, Calif.; one stepdaughter, Vanna Dickson of North Las Vegas; one brother, Osko Baccus of Colorado Springs, Colo.; three sisters, Hattie Cotton of North Little Rock and Minnie Singleton and India Mack, both of Chicago.
Visitation will continue until 8 p.m. today in American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Victory Missionary Baptist Church, 500 W. Monroe Ave. A private burial will follow.
Antonio P. Barrios
Antonio P. Barrios, 82, of Henderson died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born May 17, 1918, in Cuba. A resident for 17 years, he was a retired machine operator.
He is survived by two daughters, Barbara Barcenas and Ada Newton, both of Henderson; six sisters; one brother; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled noon until 3 p.m. services Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
Glen H. Hickman
Glen H. Hickman, 60, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born March 26, 1940, in Las Vegas. A lifelong resident, he was a roofing contractor.
He is survived by his wife, Sunny; one son, Steven Hickman of Springfield, Mo.; one daughter, Tracy Birch, and his mother, Lenore Hickman, both of Las Vegas; one brother, Ronald Hickman of Harrison, Idaho; and three grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Services will be 4 p.m. Sunday in Palm Chapel, Cheyenne.
Manuel Pablo Laguna
Manuel Pablo Laguna, 59, of Las Vegas died Dec. 5 in Las Vegas. He was born April 20, 1941, in California. A resident for 24 years, he was a laborer in the construction industry.
He is survived by one brother, Frank; and three sisters, Lupe Esparza, Josephine Andrade and Mary Oviedo.
Visitation is scheduled 9-10 a.m. Monday in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Burial will follow at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Deanne Mare Lahr
Deanne Mare Lahr, 51, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 14, 1949, in Alhambra, Calif. A resident for 30 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Randy; one son, Eric Lahr, and one daughter, Stacey Andreas, both of Las Vegas; her father, Norman Martin of Brea, Calif.; her twin sister, Denise Martin of New Smyrna, Fla.; one sister, Kathie Smedley of Fullerton, Calif.; and three grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
The family suggests donations to St. Rose Dominican Hospital Helping Hands, 102 E. Lake Mead Drive, Henderson, NV 89015.
Charles William Marshall
Charles William Marshall, 87, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 18, 1913, in California. A resident for six months, he was an operating engineer for the state of California and a member of Local 3.
He is survived by one son, Stephen; one daughter, Florence; one brother, Clarence "Buck"; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Nellie Mae Oliver
Nellie Mae Oliver, 88, of Las Vegas died Nov. 29 in a local hospice. She was born March 14, 1912, in Kentucky. A resident for three years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Barth Sr.; one son, Barth Oliver Jr. of Las Vegas; one sister, Willowdene Michovich of Michigan; two brothers, Charlie Duncan of Maryland and Buster Duncan of Kansas; seven grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 4 p.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.
Hartley Ellsworth Owsley
Hartley Ellsworth Owsley, 88, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 20, 1912, in Jackson City, Grain Valley, Mo. A resident for 7 1/2 years, he was a retired department store retailer.
He is survived by his wife, Luella G.; three sons, James L. Owsley of Denver, Harley E. Owsley Jr. of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Charles F. Owsley of Alamosa, Colo.; one daughter, Jacqueline Conville of Las Vegas; one brother, the Rev. Clarence T. Owsley of Van West, Ohio; two sisters, Charlotte Padoven of Farmington, N.M., and Bettie Marie David of Montrose, Colo.; 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
All services will be held in Alamosa. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.

Selma Zeller
Selma Zeller, 86, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 28, 1914, in Youngstown, Ohio. A resident for 10 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two daughters, Faith Foster and Leslie Fearon, both of Las Vegas; four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Monday in Woodlawn Cemetery. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
