New Vegas law firms formed

The Las Vegas law firm of Schreck Morris has split with the principal partners forming new firms that both will be based in the downtown Bank of America building.
Longtime gaming attorney Frank Schreck has formed Schreck Brignone Godfrey and will have partners Andy Brignone, Jack Godfrey, Leslie Terry Jones, Ellen Schulhofer, James Pisanelli, Clark Vellis and Todd Bice. Also joining the firm are David Arrajj and Nancy Helmbold.
Shreck's former partner, Steve Morris, has formed Morris Pickering & Sanner with partners Kristina Pickering and Margaret Sanner. The firm's 25-employee office will be moving from the fifth floor to the ninth floor of the downtown Las Vegas building.
Schreck Brignone Godfrey is based on the 11th and 12th floors of the building.
