StumbleUNLV signs high school star from Phoenix

The UNLV volleyball program has signed Nikki King, a 5-9 setter from Desert Vista High in Phoenix, to a national letter of intent for the 2001 season, coach Deitre Collins said Monday.
King was named all-conference and all-region last season in Arizona while helping her team to the state playoffs. Her high school team was ranked nationally in the preseason top 10.
