Letter: Democrats fear loss of power

Is it also that there is no so-called prosperity, in which Clinton and the newscasts from the TV and radio say how everything is great, how everyone has a job, and that there are no problems in the nation?
Also are they worried that the nation's armed forces are in a mess, after the bombing of Yugoslavia.
Those maybe are the reasons, and more, that the Democratic Party and President Clinton, and now Vice President Al Gore, want to win this election at all cost.
In other words, they are afraid that the Republican Party and Gov. George W. Bush will find out the truth about what has happened the last eight years. Here our nation is as divided as any time since the Vietnam War. I hope that the truth will come out before it's too late.
