Because of an error by the Sun, a story on Tuesday's front page incorrectly identified one of the partners in the company that will be the new contractor for the Yucca Mountain nuclear waste repository project. Bechtel SAIC Company, LLC, a subsidiary of parent company Bechtel National Inc., is the new Yucca Mountain manager taking over in February. The Sun regrets the error.
