Engagement: Hamilton, Roehrs

Gary and Carol Hamilton of Lincoln, Neb., will give their daughter, Shannon Hamilton of Henderson, in marriage to Tim Roehrs of Henderson Saturday at the Community Lutheran Church. The groom's parents are Kathryn Stokes of Omaha, Neb., and Dr. John Roehrs of Scottsdale, Ariz.

Pastor Ray Christenson will officiate at the ceremony.

Julie Hamilton will be the maid of honor and Robert Schaefer will be best man. The bridesmaids in attendance will be Jennifer Hamilton and Laurie Roehrs. The groomsmen will be Josh Rehtmeyer, Dan Kaspar and Scott Hamilton.

The bride grew up in Lincoln and moved to Las Vegas in 1999 and works for Paine Webber as a sales assistant.

The groom grew up in Omaha and moved to Las Vegas in 1998 and works in the Government Relations department at the Venetian.

The pair plan to honeymoon in Jamaica.
