Matty Antonucci
Matty Antonucci, 82, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 29, 1918, in New York City. A resident for 48 years, he was was a maitre d' at the Fremont and Stardust hotels, one of the original food captains in the Copa Room of the Sands and a food captain at the Desert Inn. Most recently he worked in transportation for Arizona Charlie's.
He is survived by one daughter, Marie L. Craig of Las Vegas; one sister, Rosalie McDonough of Burke, Va.; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 30 minutes prior to 3 p.m. services Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Burial will be in New Mexico.
The family suggests donations to the Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 S. Swenson St., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
Catherine V. Cosano
Catherine V. Cosano, 80, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born May 20, 1920, in Boston. A resident for four years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, Steve Cosano of Las Vegas and Paul R. Cosano of Modena, N.Y.; and two grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.
The family suggests donations to the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders, 913 Ogden Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89101.
Zoila Aristy Del Valle
Zoila Aristy Del Valle, 64, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospice. She was born May 9, 1936, in the Dominican Republic. A resident for three years, she was a retired government receptionist.
She is survived by one son, Vicente Rivera of Las Vegas; and three grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in Holy Family Catholic Church, 4490 Mountain Vista St. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
Mary Evelyn Doyle
Mary Evelyn Doyle, 84, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 18, 1916, in Marietta, Ohio. A resident for 23 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by one brother, Alney Balderson Contner of Ohio; and her special friend, Susan Bunker of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 6-7 p.m. today in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in Bunkers Chapel. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens, 7251 W. Lone Mountain Road.
The family suggests donations to the Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 S. Swenson St., Las Vegas, NV 89119, or to the family for the purchase of a memory rose at the hospice.
Walter Jay 'Buster' Gray
Walter Jay "Buster" Gray, 57, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 23, 1943, in South Dakota. A resident for 13 years, he was a logger.
He is survived by his wife, Diane; one son, Daniel Gray of Wyoming; two daughters, Debbie Sullivan of Wyoming and Carrie Cook of Idaho; and three grandchildren.
Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Georgine Maria (Jobst) 'Gina' Hartley
Georgine Maria (Jobst) "Gina" Hartley, 65, of Alaska died Nov. 27 in Alaska. She was born Dec. 23, 1934, in Munich, Germany. She was a former Las Vegas resident.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Gretel.
She is survived by her husband, Lafe "Joe"; one son, Michael Curtis; two stepsons, Jay and Tim; three stepdaughters, Melinda, Ginny and Cynthia; four sisters, Ingrid, Siglindi, Renati and Brigitte; and one grandson.
No local services are scheduled. Services will be in Alaska.
The family suggests donations to the Hospice of the Tanana Valley, Fairbanks, Alaska.
Richard Charles Kortmann
Richard Charles Kortmann, 79, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born April 12, 1921, in St. Paul, Minn. A resident for 31 years, he was a retired bank security officer and a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by one daughter, Arlys Belcher of Roswell, Ga.; one sister, Dorothe Sanny, and one brother, Wallace Kortmann, both of Minnesota; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Carol Ann Masquelier
Carol Ann Masquelier, 63, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. She was born Jan. 20, 1937, in Chicago. A resident for 1 1/2 years, she was retired from the real estate business.
She is survived by two sons, Kurt Hosnedl and Charles Hosnedl, both of Illinois; one daughter, Jennifer Hosnedl of Nevada; one brother, Ernest Martino of Florida; and four grandchildren.
No local services are scheduled. Services will be in Illinois. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Istvan Sandor Matyas
Istvan Sandor Matyas, 43, of Las Vegas died Nov. 23 in a local hospice. He was born Jan. 29, 1957, in Budapest, Hungary. A resident for four years, he was a cook.
He is survived by his wife, Edith; one son, Sandor Matyas; and one daughter, Edit Zana.
Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Arthur Oster
Arthur Oster, 73, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born May 1, 1927, in Cleveland. A resident for six years, he was a self-employed safety consultant and a Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Sylvia; three sons, Robert Oster of Northridge, Calif., Edward Oster of Long Beach, Calif., and Ronald Oster of Agoura Hills, Calif.; one daughter, Shari Oster of Camarillo, Calif.; and three grandsons.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in California. Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Maynard G. Price
Maynard G. Price, 72, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 27, 1928, in Ely. A lifelong resident, he was a barber at the Charleston Plaza Barber Shop and a Korean War Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Faye; one daughter, Patty Huffine, and one son, Craig Price, both of Las Vegas; one brother, Gerald Price of Arizona; and two grandchildren.
Nevada Funeral Service-Nevada Cremation or Burial Society, 2983 Fremont St., is handling private arrangements.
William W. Shutt
William W. Shutt, 58, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Sept. 17, 1942, in Pennsylvania. A resident for 30 years, he was a dealer at the Tropicana and an Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Patty; and one son, Michael Shutt of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to noon chapel services Tuesday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Burial will be in Pennsylvania.
Michael Spoonhoward
Michael Spoonhoward, 34, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 8, 1966, in Pennsylvania. A resident for more than five years, he was a casino shift supervisor.

Margaret Louise Langhoff Thomas
Margaret Louise Langhoff Thomas, 79, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 12, 1921, in South Dakota. A resident for 12 years, she was a retired teacher.

Josephine Viggiano
Josephine Viggiano, 88, of Las Vegas died Nov. 9 in Henderson. She was born July 29, 1912, in New York City. A resident for 15 years, she was a retired dressmaker and seamstress.
She is survived by her husband, Frank; two daughters, Mary Inbrahm of New York and Janet Viggiano of Nevada; one son, Frank Military of Nevada; two brothers, Walter Gravagna and Michael Gravagna, both of Arizona; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Mass will be celebrated 3 p.m. Tuesday at Holy Family Catholic Church, 4490 Mountain Vista St. A private burial will be in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Jim Wicker
Jim Wicker, 73, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospice. He was born July 23, 1927, in Seminole, Okla. A resident for 39 years, he was a retired mechanic at an automobile dealership, a Navy veteran and a member of the Moose.
He is survived by his wife, Anna; four daughters, Cheryl Kidder, Mary Friedman, Lindy Wicker and Laura Knight, all of Las Vegas; three sons, Michael Difebo of Thousand Oaks, Calif., Lee Wicker of California and Rick Wicker of Nevada; one brother, Orval Wicker of Louisiana; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will continue until 7 p.m. today and 9 a.m.-7 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in Palm Chapel, Eastern.
Dr. Leo Samuel Wool
Dr. Leo Samuel Wool, 83, of Henderson died Saturday in Henderson. He was born Jan. 31, 1917, in New York City. A resident for 18 years, he was a medical doctor for Southwest Medical Association in Green Valley for 18 years.
He is survived by two sons, Robert Wool of Tallahassee, Fla., and Alan Wool of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; one daughter, Wendy Kinsell of Gainesville, Fla.; one sister, Lillian Siegel of Flushing, N.Y.; and six grandchildren.
A memorial service will be noon Tuesday in Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson. Burial will be private.
