Consuelo H. Alamo
Consuelo H. Alamo, 88, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born Feb. 27, 1912, in Cuba. A resident for 25 years, she was a homemaker and a member of Caridad Del Cobre Catholic Association.
She is survived by two sons, Tony Alamo and Juan Alamo, and one daughter, Maria Alamo, all of Las Vegas; one brother, Jose Sisto of Cuba; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 3-7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 8:30 a.m. Saturday in Palm Chapel, Eastern. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
Gretchen Rose Alford
Gretchen Rose Alford, 72, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born July 25, 1928, in Little Rock, Ark. A resident for 26 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Uriel B.; one daughter, Angie Alford, and one son, Mike Alford, both of Henderson; one brother, Henry Vogler Jr. of Little Rock, Ark.; and four grandchildren.
Services will be 9:30 a.m. Monday in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1811 Pueblo Vista Drive. Graveside services will follow at 11:30 a.m. Monday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
The family suggests donations to the Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 S. Swenson St., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
William Cletus Bonner Jr.
William Cletus Bonner Jr., 82, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospice. He was born June 4, 1918, in Boston. A resident for 21 years, he was a teacher and a World War II Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Florence; two daughters, Virginia Bonner and Betty Elliott, both of Las Vegas; two sons, Richard Bonner of Laguna Beach, Calif., and Barry Bonner of Costa Mesa, Calif.; two brothers, John Bonner of Lynnfield, Mass., and Bruce Bonner of Wayland, Mass.; three sisters, Phyllis Lalley of Lexington, Mass., Joan Mann of Florida and Nancy Livoli of Westford, Mass.; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Guardian Angel Cathedral, 302 Cathedral Way. Burial will be private. American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane, is handling arrangements.

Ralph Braden
Ralph Braden, 69, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospice. He was born Oct. 25, 1931, in Blackoak, Ark. A resident for 15 years, he was a retired salesman for a manufacturing company, a Korean War Air Force veteran and a former member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion.
He is survived by his wife, Bee; three daughters, Tammy Moczygemba of Torrance, Calif., Cheryl Fasano of Redondo Beach, Calif., and Debra Braden of Merced, Calif.; one son, Michael Braden of Fort Worth, Texas; his mother, Olive Braden, and one brother, Harvy Braden, both of Joshua, Texas; and 10 grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 9:30 a.m. Monday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.
Eyeleen Helen Clemens
Eyeleen Helen Clemens, 91, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born Aug. 28, 1909, in Illinois. A resident for 15 years, she was a homemaker and a member of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by two sons, Clay Marshall Strieter of Dallas and Mark Wayne Strieter of Harbert, Mich.; one daughter, Harriet Leah Strieter of Las Vegas; one sister, Arnita Zimmerman of Bellflower, Ill.; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Margella Daniels
Margella Daniels, 56, of North Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. She was born March 16, 1944, in Lake Village, Ark. A resident for 30 years, she was a housekeeper, a member of Federation of Choirs and the Elks.
She is survived by four sons, Donald Ray Davis of California and James William Sheppard, DeAndre Lee Sheppard and Derrick L. Daniels, all of Las Vegas; one daughter, Andrea M. Sheppard, and two brothers, Elbert L. Sheppard and Percy Sheppard Jr., all of Las Vegas; six sisters, Ester Lee Smith, Jeraldine Day and Sarah Mae Mingo, all of Las Vegas and Ola Lee Moore, Mary Lee Moore and Lee Esther Sheppard, all of Louisiana; and seven grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. today in Grace Immanuel Baptist Church, 805 W. Bartlett Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Grace Immanuel Baptist Church. Burial will be in Palm Memorial Park. Harrison-Ross Mortuaries, 2071 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Stephen T. Ezop
Stephen T. Ezop, 59, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 28, 1941, in Chicago. A resident for one year, he was an airline stock clerk, a Navy veteran, a member of the Three Diamonds Club, AFL-CIO 564 and TWU.
He is survived by his wife, Jayne; two sons, Paul Ezop of South Elgin, Ill., and Kenneth Ezop of McHenry, Ill.; three stepsons, Jerome Lietza of Geneva, Ill., Thomas Lietza of Downers Grove, Ill., and Gregory Lietza of Algonquin, Pa.; and 10 grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.

Shepard Chamberlain Gates
Shepard Chamberlain Gates, 3, of Henderson died Wednesday in a local hospital. A lifelong resident, he was born April 15, 1997.
He is survived by his parents, David and Carole Gates, three sisters, Janssen Gates, Merrick Gates and Landen Gates, and one brother, Crawford Gates, all of Henderson; and his grandparents, Crawford and Georgia Gates of Salt Lake City and Don and Eunice Borgholthaus of Boise, Idaho.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 11 a.m. services Saturday in the LDS Pebble Canyon Ward. Burial will be in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. is handling arrangements.
Carolyn N. Guiang
Carolyn N. Guiang, 35, of Henderson died Nov. 21 in a local hospital. She was born Dec. 13, 1964, in West Covina, Calif. A resident for 33 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two daughters, Julie Neiger of Las Vegas and Sara Guiang of Henderson; two sons, Steven Neiger of Las Vegas and Michael Guiang of Henderson; two sisters, Michelle Nelson and Pam Troub, both of Henderson; and two brothers, John Hayes and Michael Hayes, both of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 1-3 p.m. Monday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. A memorial service will be 6:30 p.m. Monday in River of Life Fellowship, 3980 Schiff Drive.
William Hessing
William Hessing, 77, of Las Vegas died Wednesday. He was born Nov. 21, 1923, in Chicago. A resident for 12 years, he was a retired photo engraver for a printing company and a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Esther; one son, Michael J. Hessing, and one brother, Sam Hessing, both of Chicago; and two grandchildren.
Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd. is handling private services.
Emily Anita Jackson
Emily Anita Jackson, 88, of North Las Vegas died Tuesday in North Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 8, 1912, in Virginia. A resident for 38 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by four grandchildren including two grandsons, Dante Evans of North Las Vegas and Keith Jackson of Chicago; and 20 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 1-3 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St.
Betty R. Johnson
Betty R. Johnson, 58, of Henderson died Thursday in Henderson. She was born Oct. 25, 1942, in Johnston, S.C. A resident for eight years, she was a government postal worker and a member of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by her husband, Robert; two daughters, Robin Glanton of Henderson and Caroline Searcy of Phoenix; one son, Robert James Johnson of Las Vegas; her mother, Lucy Jones of Queens, N.Y.; one brother, George Jones of Johnston; two sisters, Elizabeth Gadson and Grace Jones, both of Queens; 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 4-8 p.m. today in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens.
Dwane Allen Kratochvil Jr.
Dwane Allen Kratochvil Jr., 32, of Henderson died Nov. 24 in Henderson. He was born Aug. 12, 1968, in Wichita, Kan. A resident for 12 years, he was a teacher at Orr Middle School.
He is survived by his wife, Jolie Brown of Henderson; his father, Dwane A. Kratochvil Sr. of Kansas, his mother, Sharon Contardi of Henderson; two brothers, Chris Kratochvil and Jeremy Kratochvil, and three sisters, Josie Wallace, Sara Kratochvil and Emily Kratochvil, all of Kansas.
Visitation is scheduled 5-8 p.m. today in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Services are scheduled 9 a.m. Saturday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home.
William E. 'Emil' Madsen III
William E. "Emil" Madsen III, 72, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local care center. He was born Sept. 25, 1928, in Utah. A resident for 40 years, he was a TV appliance salesman, an Army veteran, a member of the Moose and Elks in Henderson.
He is survived by one daughter, Terri M. Nell of Mesquite; one son, Duke, and one sister, Rosemary, both of Salt Lake City; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Martha T. Mysz
Martha T. Mysz, 78, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. She was born Dec. 5, 1921, in Kankakee, Ill. A resident for 11 years, she was a retired typesetter for a printing company.
She is survived by one daughter, Rose Warner-Nixon of Las Vegas; two sons, Robert Mysz of Las Vegas and Lawrence Mysz of Chicago Heights, Ill.; one sister, Clare Larimer of Kankakee; 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled noon until 2 p.m. services Monday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will be in Wyoming.
Louis D. Rivas
Louis D. Rivas, 73, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born June 17, 1927, in Los Angeles. A resident for seven years, he was a retired truck driver for a furniture company and a World War II Army veteran.
He is survived by one son, Louis Rivas of Santa Maria, Calif.; two daughters, Joan Walling of Sweet Home, Ore., and Irma Ojeda of Phoenix; two brothers, Al Rivas of Las Vegas and Raul Rivas of Phoenix; and seven grandchildren.
Services were scheduled at 2 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. handled arrangements.
Audrey Irene Rommel
Audrey Irene Rommel, 91, of Boulder City died Wednesday in Boulder City. She was born Jan. 17, 1909, in Colorado Springs, Colo. A resident for 22 years, she was a finger-printer for Metro Police.
She is survived by two sons, Robert Colyar and Donald Colyar, both of Boulder City; eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Saturday in Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson. Services are scheduled 2-4 p.m. Sunday in Hites Chapel. Burial will be in San Pedro, Calif.
Carole Scott
Carole Scott, 46, of Henderson died Monday in Henderson. She was born May 16, 1954, in France. A resident for three years, she was a retired flight attendant.
She is survived by her husband, Richard; her parents, George and Maud Bourgeois of France; and two sisters, Corrine and Nathalie.
Visitation is scheduled 1-2 p.m. Saturday and 4-6 p.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 1 p.m. Monday in Palm Chapel, Eastern.
Edward Shields
Edward Shields, 69, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 31, 1931, in Dallas. A resident for 41 years, he was a retired investigator for the district attorney's office for 23 years and a member of the Minister's Alliance at Second Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Claudia; two daughters, Charlotte Shields and Tamara Shields, both of Las Vegas; four sons, Johnny Rayford, Frederick Rayford and Doyle Shields, all of Las Vegas, and Carl Shields of Pomona, Calif.; five sisters, Jean Brooks of Berkeley, Calif., Betty Banks of Austin, Texas, Doris Johnson of Slayton, Texas, and Carla Morris and LaVonne Worthey, both of Lubbock, Texas; several godchildren; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday in Second Baptist Church, 500 W. Madison Ave.

She is survived by two daughters, Barbara A. Grant of Lompoc, Calif., and Linda M. Ross of Atascadero, Calif.; two sons, Frank A. Volpe III and Robert L. Volpe, both of Las Vegas; two sisters, Jane Caldare of Paramount, Calif., Martha Montgomery of Hawaiian Gardens, Calif.; one brother, Frank Addeo of New York; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was scheduled 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. services today in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Burial followed in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
