Five men indicted on charges they ran sports betting operations in New Jersey: Tung T. Nguyen and Vo were indicted on charges they promoted gambling and possessed gambling records on Nov. 17, 1998 in East Hanover, Morris County and Bernardsville, Somerset County, authorities said. Vo was also indicted on charges of filing fraudulent state income tax returns in the years 1995-98 and failing to pay state income tax for those years, according to authorities.
