StumbleLetter: Ensign should blame own party

In a recent John Ensign commercial, an actor states that "the system is failing."
I find this strange for John Ensign to put down his own Republican Party, which has controlled both the House and Senate since 1994.
At every turn, when President Clinton has tried to improve Social Security and Medicare, the GOP has rebuffed his efforts to the detriment of those on those programs, now and in the future.
