Children's time

The Ubuntu Video Club, a project of the California Newsreel's Library of African Cinema, concludes its film series at 10 a.m. Saturday with "A Walk in the Night" at the West Las Vegas Arts Center, 947 W. The Nevada State Museum and Historical Society presents "Silver Ladies in Golden Splendor," an exhibit of governors' wives' clothing from 1864 to the present, through Sept. 10 at 700 Twin Lakes Drive.
