StumbleChain plans two LV locations

Famous Dave's of America Inc. will open two franchised barbeque restaurants in Las Vegas by late 2001 as part of its nationwide franchise expansion.
The Eden Prairie, Minn.-based restaurant and club owner has opened seven franchised restaurants this year and will open another 12 within a year.
Famous Dave's will hire up to 250 full- and part-time workers for its Las Vegas operations.
Mike Wright, one of three partners in D.T.S.G. Inc. of Minneapolis, a franchisee that will develop the Las Vegas restaurants, said locations haven't been determined.
