A Las Vegas musician sued Paris Las Vegas, alleging it prematurely terminated his contract to play at the hotel-casino's Napoleon's Lounge.
Douglas Roll said he was hired by Paris to begin performing on Sept. 1, 1999, when the hotel-casino opened. Roll said he was paid $1,300 a week for his performances.
Paris officials could not be reached.
