StumbleOverswimming cause of Sparks drowning

Patrick Meister, 18, drowned Sunday in about 30 feet of water.
Washoe County Hasty Team divers using a dog found Meister's body about an hour after he sank below the lake's surface.
Police said lifeguards couldn't find the victim once he sank below the lake's surface because of the murky water.
