Phillip D. Bragado
Phillip D. Bragado, 67, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born July 30, 1933, in Chicago. A resident for 14 years, he was an power company wireman and a member of Bell Telephone Pioneers.
He is survived by his wife, Joan; two daughters, Linda McCarthy of Gurnee, Ill., and Rosemary Bragado of Las Vegas; two sons, James Bragado of Chicago and Charles Bragado of Valparaiso, Ind.; and nine grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling private arrangements.
Jonathan Cain 'Fum' Burton
Jonathan Cain "Fum" Burton, 19, of Las Vegas died Saturday. He was born Dec. 2, 1980, in Princeton, W.Va. A resident for 15 years, he was a caregiver at a retirement home.
He is survived by his mother, Janet Burton, and two brothers, Brad "Xeres" Burton and Craig Burton, all of Las Vegas; and his grandparents, Jack and Jean Tilston of Las Vegas and Delores Burton of Princeton.
Visitation is scheduled 2 p.m. until a 6 p.m. service Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
The family suggests donations to the Alzheimer's Disease Association, 5190 S. Valley View Blvd., Suite 101, Las Vegas, NV 89118.
Ruth C. Dubla
Ruth C. Dubla, 62, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born Feb. 27, 1938, in Duluth, Minn. A resident for 10 years, she was an elementary school teacher.
She is survived by one daughter, Amy Lamb of East Bethel, Minn.; one son, Alan Dubla of Phoenix; two sisters, Audrey H. Anderson of Duluth and Aliceanne Ebinger of Dallas; and two grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.
The family suggests donations to John R. Beatty Elementary School, 8685 Hidden Palms Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89123.
Helen B. Friedlieb
Helen B. Friedlieb, 83, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 28, 1916, in Illinois. A resident for 10 years, he was a retired customer service representative in the electronics industry.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in Illinois. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Rieta Hackney
Rieta Hackney, 71, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. A resident for 17 years, she was born Dec. 12, 1928, in Geneva, Ind.
She is survived by two daughters, Linda Sanchez of Las Vegas and Laura Hardin of Florida; two sons, Larry Hackney of California and Les Hackney of Indiana; and eight grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 5-7 p.m. Tuesday in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in Sunrise United Methodist Church, 2075 N. Lamb Blvd. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens.
The family suggests donations to the Family Home Hospice, P.O. Box 15645, Las Vegas, NV 89114-5645.
Samuel R. Hall
Samuel R. Hall, 79, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born Feb. 6, 1921, in Connecticut. A resident for 11 years, he was a retired Army master sergeant, World War II veteran and a member of the Pearl Harbor Survivors Association.
He is survived by his wife, Joanne; five sons, William Hall of Florida, Robert Hall and Michael Hall, both of Massachusetts, Steven Hall of Tennessee and Samuel Hall of Maryland; four daughters, Linda Jones of Massachusetts, Barbara Crowell of California, Patricia Curtis of Florida and Donna Bouchard of Maine; two stepsons, Gary Denault of Florida and Raymond Denault of Massachusetts; one stepdaughter, Denise Bell of Maine; 18 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd. Burial will be private.
Ruben 'Phil' Kopp
Ruben "Phil" Kopp, 79, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born April 19, 1921, in New York. A resident for 26 years, he was a bar owner and Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Ruby J.; three daughters, Cindy L. Peters and Terry Schwartz, both of Las Vegas, and Sharon Pearson of Tulsa, Okla.; one son, Timothy Jack Kopp, and one sister, Pearl Cohen, both of Las Vegas; and one granddaughter.
Services were scheduled today at 11 a.m. at Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, followed by burial in Memory Gardens.
Kathleen Marie Krajci
Kathleen Marie Krajci, 47, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born Aug. 29, 1952, in Kansas City, Kan. A resident for four years, she was a solderer in the computer industry.
She is survived by three daughters, Shelly Hipple of Belfair, Wash., Buffy Harder of St. Petersburg, Fla., and Jessica Krajci of Las Vegas; her mother, Frances Gibson of Carson, Calif.; four sisters, Carolyn Willett of St. Petersburg, Rebecca Petit of Tigard, Ore., Teresa Graves of Redondo Beach, Calif., and Lisa Reyes of Vacaville, Calif.; three brothers, Daniel Gibson of St. Petersburg and Charles Gibson and Dennis Gibson, both of Redondo Beach; and one grandchild.
No local services are scheduled. Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
William Russell Martin
William Russell Martin, 52, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 17, 1947, in Texas. A resident for two years, he was a telecommunications manager.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in Texas. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Lara C. Reeve
Lara C. Reeve, 24, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born May 17, 1976, in Fontana, Calif. A resident for 20 years, she was a dancer.
She is survived by one daughter, Alyssa Reeve, and her parents, Robert and Karen Reeve, all of Las Vegas; one sister, Lisa Duffy of San Diego; and her grandfather, Bob Reeve of Riverside, Calif.
Visitation is scheduled 10 a.m. until noon services Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
The family suggests contributions to charity that fights drug abuse.
Sandra Rosen
Sandra Rosen, 65, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born April 25, 1935, in Detroit. A resident for 17 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Phillip; two sons, Rick Rosen of Rochester Hills, Mich., and Ken Rosen of Farmington, Mich.; one daughter, Lauren Jones of Madison Heights, Mich.; her mother, Ruth Berk of Southfield, Mich.; two brothers, Sheldon Berk of Pacific Palisades, Calif., and Jeff Berk of Santa Rosa, Calif.; one sister, Carol Fryman of Miami; and four grandchildren.

George Robert Wooters
George Robert Wooters, 54, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. He was born July 23, 1946, in Chester, Pa. A resident for four years, he was a steel worker and a Vietnam War Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Eleanor; one son, Fran Wooters, and one daughter, Carol Wooters, both of Las Vegas; his mother, Gertrude Wooters of Chester; three brothers, James Wooters and William Wooters, both of Pennsylvania, and Charles Wooters of Delaware; two sisters, Linda Adgate of Maryland and Dorothy Kenney of Pennsylvania; and four grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 11 a.m. services Tuesday in Redrock Baptist Church, 5500 Alta Drive. Burial will be in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
